Amazon also has no creative input or rights to the scripts or the production of the movies. Broccoli family has owned the Bond films rights and rights to make Bond films since after The Man With The Golden Gun in 1973 when co-producer Harry Saltzman sold his 50% stake of the franchise to co-producer Albert R. Broccoli in 1975. No one is allowed to make any Bond films except for one that has to be based on a Fleming novel: Thunderball. Enough with all the talk about making Bond Black, or gay, or female, or trans. Bond is and will always be White, Straight and British. Also enough with the talk about making spin offs of Bond like a Moneypenney series or instead of making a movie every 2-3 years, to turn Bond into an Amazon streaming series. Broccoli and her company EON still retain full control of the Bond universe. Amazon can't do anything (TV, movies, comics, books, toys, anything) with it except to stream the movies on their website. | |

| I didn't really rate Craig as bond but layer cake yeah, he suited it! Connery definitely made Bond 💯👍🏻 but I personally don't think Hardy would suit that role either, it's not a rugged gangster character that he plays so well 🤷🏼♂️. | overall good actors hardy and Cavill. I just feel they would need to change the bond personality a bit to suit previous characters they played (like they should have with Craig) it's why bean gets my vote 😂 he could just walk in, play that mix Connery/moore it needs and also have that look of a bond actor at the same time 😁. | |

| The problem is too much choice 😂 plenty could do it but they've got to fit the bill... Idris could work, he plays/played lots of detective parts which is probably why he would get the role, time will tell if whomever gets it fits those boots! | |

| ooh yes time will tell and so many choices yes fitting the part is the main priority so hopefully they pick the right one as your right big boots to fill but Idris has played many characters well just so unsure about his voice as Shere Khan for me it was not deep and ruff like the original cartoon but maybe i was expecting too much lol | |

| A little titbit... When Sean Connery was hired to play James Bond. Ian Fleming, the author was not happy. He said Sean Connery did not portray the Bond from the book. He said he was rough and not an elegant man, along with being the wrong actor. He wanted Richard Burton. I felt he was perfect for the part of James Bond 007. Cant wait to see who they choose... | |

| To truly know who James Bond was regarding the films, just do a James Bond impersonation. 100 precent, you'll try and do a Sir Sean Connery. I think Ian Fleming was thankfully proved wrong and ended up liking Sir Sean Connery. An Englishman and a Scotsman not liking each other, madness I tell ya lolz. | |

| i signed upto MGM+ via Amazon to watch them and they wasn't even on it ? good job i was on a 7 day free trial.. ive only watched the Daniel Craig ones they would be stupid not to release new ones considering they bring in a billon box office well aslong as they don't woke it | |
