|    To celebrate Christmas we would like you to create Christmas banners. The theme is Christmas and TorrentGalaxy...the rest is upto you. So get your creative juices flowing and start making your masterpieces.   Rules: Theme: Christmas & TorrentGalaxy.(New Year greetings may also be added but are not required) Size of banners needs to be 800 px wide and 200 px high. File format of banner must be PNG or JPEG. A maximum of three entries per contestant. Contestants are allowed to switch entries only once. Banners must be original and have your own graphic work added to it. By entering the competition the user grants TorrentGalaxy permission to display their banner in User Art and elsewhere on the site. All entries must be sent to B4ND1T69 through pm. All entries must be anonymous, no username, initials, or identifying markers are allowed. The competition starts December 3rd (NOW) and all entries must be received before December 17th at which time the competition will close. Voting will start shortly there after for ONE WEEK ONLY.All times refered to in this competition will be GMT. All members and staff can enter and vote in the Christmas banner competition. No asking for votes for your Christmas banners in any way, on this or any other site. Doing so can get you disqualified and can also result in being permanently banned from entering any future competitions. The winning banners will be determined through voting in a separate thread. There will be 4 winners. In the event of a tie for first, second, third or fourth place, GhostRider, RedBaron58  , and/or miok will cast the deciding vote. The entries will be added anonymously to a separate voting thread in random order. Each member including staff is allowed to vote once by choosing their 3 favorite banners. To vote, make only one post containing the numbers of all three banners you wish to vote for. ALL VOTES ARE FINAL. No one is allowed to edit their posts in the voting thread. Doing so will result in disqualification of your vote. To be fair to everyone, each participant may win only one prize. If a participant gets enough votes to win first and second place, they will receive the prize for first place and second place will go to the participant with the next most votes. This will assure four separate winners. All site rules apply to this competition. Placement of winning banners: The 4 winning banners will show in User Art at the bottom of site.  Prizes: First place: 300 rep points and banner showing on User Art Second place: 200 rep points and banner showing on User Art Third place: 100 rep points and banner showing on User Art Fourth place: 50 rep points and banner showing on User ArtWe would like to thank everyone in advance for participating in this and all other TGx community events.
