| We're less than two years short of bittorrent's 20 year existence. What do you think has changed (if any) in the torrent communities. I've been going through a bit of a "mourning" of sorts. Missing the old days when "torrent communities were (once upon a time)." One major difference I see now is that 90% of open trackers are spam & malware filled. Private trackers are now selling their invites, and their rules are too many to keep up. Users seem to no longer understand the importance of seeding. If it wasn't for the fact that I can't afford half the sh*t I download, I would say the hassle isn't worth it. Again, not to gas the site up.. But... TG appears to be the best open tracker out here. | Yes...unfortunately it has changed.:( I feel it`s lost it`s "touch of class"8o I used to get dressed and brush my teeth before logging into anywhere when i first started out, but nowadays many peeps, sometimes me included, just upload in shorts and a t-shirt they slept in:facepalm...sometimes not even bothering to get dressed at all8o...and worst of all is that they`re now flaunting the fact. So how am i supposed to grab an upload off someone when the uploader clearly states that he/she is wearing NO clothes8o8o...I dunno about catching a virus, but there`s gotta be a ton of S.T.D.`s flying about in the bandwidth somewhere just waiting to be downloaded:-( Personally i think there should be some sort of "marker" on "respectable" uploaders shares..B)...summat like "Uploaded by a guy in a tie" or something similar.:D :-* | |

| The Torrent World has had the hell beat out it if for the last several years. some folks gave up and others found a new resolve. Generations has come and gone though this, and still we persist (makes me smile) . | |
