|  Hi all Would like some input on the types of apps/programs yall are using to create banners for the TGx competitions. Im sure there are others out there that are just as stumped as I am...so, how about some help? The more folks that enter, the more fun it is! | I'm on Linux Mint and for the contest banners that I submit, I use Photoshop through a Windows 10 Virtualbox. For any other "artwork" that I create and post, I go online and use Photopea https://www.photopea.com/ Last edited by miok on 2024-11-23 01:50:37 | |

| For all artwork i use FOTOMIX  Sooooooooo easy No big massive list of tools to confuse you....just simple basic easy tools with sliders  Comes with two images already loaded so you can very quickly start using the tools and see how they go For those who don't use...or find photoshop waaaaaaay to fiddly This does all the same but without the farting about with technical doo-dah's'n'stuff  You can work on one image at a time then put them together or work on all at once Very easy to use. My recomendation for all new artists or those looking to mess about a bit....or put a dong on someone's head for a laugh  | |

| Hi B4ND1T69 , and thanks for the tips and such!I am a rookie digital artsy-fartsy type, and consider my skill around -10.... I dont mind learning new stuffs, and will certainly give this a try  Again, really want to learn, and want to encourage and help others find resources to do the same This is the main reason I do not enter the banner comps.
