The question in the topic concerns a member that I think, only joined to promote their YouTube channel.  
All of their comments about movies are just links to their channel:

They have only been here a little over a month and already has 26 pages of comments, all links to their channel.

@Moderators and @Admin, are there any actions that can be taken. If not, thank you for taking the time to read my ramblings.

As far as i remember,thats their second account after their first one was banned :_:-)

His trailer posts aren't all from his own channel. They are relevant and on topic compared to a lot of other comments I see.
He requested and was given permission from Super Admin (with some restrictions).
