  Cover image on new torrents

I just uploaded a couple torrents and have been unable to get them to accept a cover image.  Nothing strange about the image, a jpg file, about 40kb in size.

Yeah mine covers aren't showing too(newer ones). Also i noticed that the users who don't have any avatar showing this:
