| I have an Android application package (APK) that is 2GB in size that I would like to scan for malware before uploading. However, most online malware scanners I know that VirusTotal and Hybrid Analysis have file size upload limits (650MB for VT and 100MB for Hybrid). Does anyone know of a good way to reliably scan very large files like my 2GB APK? I want to upload it somewhere to make sure it is safe and doesn't contain any viruses or other threats before I upload it. I'm unsure of the best method to scan large files that exceed the limits of many online scanners. Is there another site or software tool I should use instead? Or is there maybe a way to split my file into smaller chunks that could be scanned separately? Any tips or recommendations for safely scanning extremely large file downloads would be greatly appreciated! Please let me know if you have solutions for handling 2GB+ sized files for malware detection. Thank you! | |

| First you need to make it smaller.. Best way to do is to compress it until you get to the 650mb for VT. This might help.. https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+compress+an+apk+file | |
