| True, I haven't done uploads in a while. I'm getting a "Parser Error" but the torrent name and .torrent extension looks ok. I'm pretty sure the rest of the form was filled in ok. Last edited by loninappleton on 2023-02-05 06:36:37 | |

| I made one adjustment-- forgot to add the 'downloaded from Torrent Galalxy' text file so I put that back. Anything else needed before I remake the .torrent? Last edited by loninappleton on 2023-02-05 06:36:17 | |

| Greetings BigJO554 Good to hear from you again. As I recall, I just grabbed the one linked to at top of form... If there is is some modification, you could give a fresh link here. I didn't go through the make process again yet. I thought the " downloaded from TGx" text file was an option in any case. Last edited by loninappleton on 2023-02-05 20:20:15 | |

| Yes, its optional. What did you use to create the torrent file ? | |

| I thought I posted this already but I use Tixati client to create torrents. The only thought I had on that is that their 'piece size' option was not clear. I have not used the make form for some time-- anything can change. I'll do a sample make again. But would piece size be a parse error? Last edited by loninappleton on 2023-02-07 05:40:08 | |

| I think the new version had no tracker list. IOW it wasn't picked up from the previous install. I'll fix that with the recommended tracker list--- or 7 or 8 or so. Last edited by loninappleton on 2023-02-07 06:00:45 | |

| Again I don't know where the post went. I added trackers and other parts of the form had also changed. I set the piece size to 512 from the default 2Mb. 512 is my usual setting. However another called a Error 413 upload size too large (for the presumed website) took its place. This is pretty odd and tedious. No one else is reporting these kinds of problems. What could be going on with Tixati client or TGx? I have no idea. I do large uploads to some cloud space as well. Last edited by loninappleton on 2023-02-07 06:08:16 | |

| If you are trying to upload a cover image make sure that the physical size is 300x200 px. sometimes the size of the cover causes problems. | |

| Indeed, Garthock is right, The problem turns out to be a type mismatch error, that's the most usual cause, Probably, your Poster/Cover size is large or have incorrect format, make sure it's JPEG instead of .PNG, because .PNG gather maximum compression, so, even if it's .PNG try to decrease the dimension to minimum Pixel via built-in Paint app, Photoshop gets it done in maximum data, where paint or similar software automatically reduces the size. Also, I was checking your torrent files, I confirmed something that you might don't know of, it's about piece selection while creating a torrent, let me make it easy for you, Example: 1.5 GB, the higher the piece that means smaller the .torrent file, lesser piece that means large .torrent file, 1MB piece is suitable for around 1 to 6 GB, and remember, more pieces, the more RAM and CPU being used! Anyway, I thought this information may help you along confirming the above error, Good luck! | |

| In short, dont do that, leave them at 2MB, thats fine for the size torrents you seem to be creating. | |

| Ok when I get back on this I also, as you thought, that an imgbb link (which I have made) could be put in instead of VLC screen shot. I'll make a test run again. [Edit] As luck would have it, imgbb is currently down according to the error message. Eventually I'll get it. Last edited by loninappleton on 2023-02-09 05:46:53 | |

| as a rule I use 1Mb piece size per 1 Gb file size torrent, but like Battlestar said, 2Mb is fine for you for image hosting, u can use https://picturegalaxy.org/ or whatever you prefer, as long as the image isn't too big | |
