  Best program to create .torrent for uploading

Hi, I seem to be having problems when uploading to TGx. I use uTorrent.
Many uploads stop at 99.8%, and won't start seeding.
Usually I delete everything and start create torrent again.
This problem doesn't happen every time

Check all your files in utorrent that they are 100%,,if so force start

After you make the torrent be careful not to play or touch the source files in anyway
some players change the file slightly, Microsoft is known for that adding there own metadata sometimes

1. Never manipulate a file or folder during uploading or use this file on the player!

2. Use old version uTorrent 2.2.1 build 25534 final. (install or portable)

Perhaps there is a problem in DHT peer search. The created torrent has the same name, but the hash is different.
When the problem pops up again, add a download link. Maybe we will know more. I'm interested in this problem

since utorrent old version is recommended id like to point out qbittorrent for its open-sourced and updated code

How many torrents is it safe to force start at one time
will 200 work ok
