| Hi, The only seedbox i know is the one in the birdcage, but obviously things not so. I have a lot of torrents on TGX, and have been advised to get a box. I signed up for one, but cancelled, had to use Linux etc Feral hosting has been suggested, but I can't see on their site what it does. I need Windows 7, uTorrent client, Firefox and a pretty easy to use control panel. Not much joy from Feral hostig enquiry. The main thing is I DON'T want to use lines of code, Linux jargon and stuff. | i gather from the above edit that ' pussys ' doesn't agree with someone asking for advice on boxes without getting them selves into a bit of a lather , what a pity pussy . i like to learn , so questions about seed boxes , trackers , uploading etc are welcomed by me and the intelligent answers and advice given in return are absorbed and implemented . grow and prosper or dry up . | |

| i wouldnt spend the money on a seedbox when it is so easy to set up your own server using a NAS device. Ive done this for a few years now using this method and have had no problems. | |

| my isp was the reason I got a box, wish I had done it much sooner ftp from box to home, isp probably knows due to data volume, but its encrypted and my ip is not showing up in a torrent list another benefit of a box (imagine most offer this) is vpn through the box via openvpn to answer the op, try one of the options for a month.. if ya like it, keep it, if ya wanna try something else, no commitment but I would recommend to everyone to either use a box or vpn, isp can be a pain | |
