| In a perfect world, I would like an RSS feed which only shows the "XviD-AFG" encodes available on TG, to feed into Sonarr, as shown by the web page result: https://torrentgalaxy.org/torrents.php?search=xvid+AFG I have read the RSS documentation and come close by limiting the user to 29 (TGxTV) and categories 5,6 with the RSS link: https://torrentgalaxy.org/rss.php?user=29&cat=5,6 Unfortunately, TGxTV has other encoders who list first, and Sonarr doesn't pick up the one I want from AFG. Are there any other parameters I can use to filter like "user" and "cat" on the RSS command line? Any way to get an RSS feed generated from the initial web page search I typed? Any way to request this addition, were it not already possible otherwise? Thanks in advance for your help with this! :D | |

| Yes and no. Great answer, and you're right, were that all I needed to achieve. From what I see, the "must contain" is a restriction on ALL indexers. There's no way I see to just restrict the encoder "XviD-AFG" string to JUST the TG RSS feed. Were the available to adapt on the server side, I can feed it perfect data and not restrict my other sources. I was hoping to overcome Sonarr's simplicity of filtering by doing something on the server side RSS feed. My only other idea was to write some script that filters out the TGxTV feed to only XviD-AFG ones on an intermediary self-generating RSS feed, but that is a lot of work (for inexperienced me). Was hoping some simple filter on the source side wasn't too hard to change/add. Any other suggestions appreciated. Impressed by how fast people have contributed and made me feel welcome. Was scared of "noob you suck" posts, but grateful for the welcoming community. Love the site and glad I found it. Going to be staying a while. Thanks! :D | |

| Found an online solution! :D SiftRSS (https://siftrss.com/) is a utility that filters RSS feeds. Using SiftRSS, I was able to include only "XviD-AFG" on <title> entries to generate my RSS feed (https://siftrss.com/f/bXBJJKydgrJ). Thanks again to all here at TG for the help. :D | |

| When I use RSS feed I get from all categories. Is there a way to download only specific categories or search result. This kind of feature is available in few websites, like piratebay. | |
