| Is it even possible to burn like an 50 GB ISO game on a DVD-R? If so how would you do it? Last edited by ToeCutter on 2022-01-03 12:55:22 | |

| In short, No - thats far too big for any DVD-R (even Dual Layer or Double Sided) A Multi Layer BluRay could do it (might just fit on a Dual Layer, otherwise Ultra BD would be needed). | |

| Do you mean like in the olden days when games were split across multiple CD's and NOCD's roamed free. | |

| there is ways of repacking the it onto multiple dvds but its way to technical for the average person looking at like 10+ discs better off just investing into a Bluray RW drive they do not cost much now days i dont burn them myself i just extract the iso and install it Last edited by B0NE on 2022-02-09 04:32:18 | |

| Why not buy yourself a 64GB USB Stick and be done with it, USB 3 stick = 10 euro and USB 2 stick = 6 euro The USB 2 stick is still probably going to be faster than the optical drive as no drive seek time involved. | |

| While agree with the stick or a 3.5 just for games, thats much better and easier, there are a ton of youtube vids on how to burn different games to dvd and a few topics on the subject at reddit .... if the game has any drm it will not work so any drm must be removed prior to any chance of a good clean burn ... wanted to ad just cause you get a fixed game or a downloaded one thats playable, does not mean the drm was removed in some cases the drm has no affect on the fixed portion of the game or its ability to play .....
