You have not said which operating system but I will assume Windows.

I use UltraISO
It creates a virtual drive on your device. It will mount, play, burn or extract all files from an ISO as well as many other useful features like creating ISO from files and folders on your device, even bootable CD/DVD images and flash drives. Windows only.

windows 10 has this feature built in by default now im sure
