What FTP do you use?

When you have a seedbox you will need a ftp client to upload files into it. There are tons of different ones but some are incredibly difficult and some have horrible speeds. What is your choice of ftp clients and how do you have it set up to get really great speeds?

Filezilla for me and I've never had any reason to change many settings from their defaults as my speeds are very fast as is.

Filezilla for me also but only for devices on my network. No seedbox for me i figured i don't need 1 when the missus gets the internet bill and any possible future infringement letters. pmsl :facepalm

Filezills is the best I have found and use it daily connected to 2 seedboxes at the same time
works a treat

I use WinSCP, it can do normal FTP, or SCP.

Filezilla for me, was told Cuteftp is great for uploading a slew of stuff in one go but haven't tried it yet.  

@Battlestar what's speed difference if any between winscp and filezilla?

@ Deep61 2 simultaneous connections on the same client?

@Miok same

@ LRS that's the gift that keeps giving. Some of the isps here gave up the whole 3 strike piracy stuff, found out it loses them lots of $$$$.

Ive never used filezilla, but I dont think winscp is particularly fast.

Slight confession ...
I dont actually use the FTP option on it.
I just use it for connecting to my servers via sftp.

For transfers I run minio on all my boxes.
I use rclone to transfer files around them (or to my pc).
It basically runs at the speed of the connection.

Does anyone know how to put FileZilla into dark mode? I tried changing each servers colour option to other colours, but it makes little difference, every time I check it, it dazzles me like a nuke :facepalm

i was always under the impression (if you are using windows) it went along the same lines as the colour scheme you are using on windows, just my tuppence worth................................

Changed the Windows colour scheme to dark but it still doesn't make FileZilla dark

I mainly use FileZilla but CuteFTP and WinSCP also work quite well.

I did use filezilla for ages but now since getting full fibre I use Windows explorer which is much faster
