Screenshots are not fully representative of the HDR10/10Plus/DV final result, as they were taken from a pc using MPC-HC with tone mapping! If I take the screenshots with my display in HDR, the result is way off, with too much exposure.
So, for now, tone mapping screenshots it is ;)
THIS WAS NOT FILMED IN HFR, it is encoded using high-quality motion interpolation with Real-Time Intermediate Flow Estimation (RIFE).

 | Artifacts errors for me and color banding errors again, not found in the source. This so called HFR thing you're trying to pioneer seems a whole waste of time to me, I just don't see any improvements made, especially on 4K sources for modern films. And surely it cannot be called HFR unless it is filmed in HFR and released that way... |

 | I've attached side-by-side screenshots of the 29.26GB source, next to my 19.80GB 60fps release, to prove those such as yourself, wrong. There may be some artifacts, but they are next to none. I highly doubt you have even watched this. It's obvious the PQ is sharper, with more detail. |

| For the people who do not know: The newest Rife version "4.15 v2" and "4.16 lite v2" are are a noticeable step up from the previous versions. It's for years, machine learning based trained models (neural learning), so the same technology as for example Sony trains models in it's premium TVs as A95L (2023 series). But these newest RIFE versions are even better than what Sony offers; less artifacts, smoother motion etc. Yes, it's all frame interpolation, so not like superior frame interpolation technologies as nvidia's Frame Generation which has much more information to play with from the game graphic's pipeline (version 3.5), or amd's frame generation (based on fsr 3), but it's very much better than anything else frame interpolation from other TV brands as LG, Samsung, Philips, Hisense, TCL etc. So if one does not have the horsepower to run RIFE "4.16 lite v2" on the fly for such movie (at least a whopping rtx 4080 is needed to run this movie, 3840x1600, at 48 fps. 60 is not possible even with a rtx 4090. Version "4.15 v2" is even much more demanding), this torrent-offering here is really good. I run RIFE "4.15 v2" and "4.16 lite v2" for quite some time on a rtx 4090 for movies and animated movies, and I prefer it over the 24 fps stutter-fest. The human brain adapts very fast and likes the look of 48 - 60 fps. It's an objective-subjective topic. People focusing on the soap opera effect as a disadvantage, should first try watching like this for some months, than make a fair comparision for themselves. Thanks! |

 | Hi. I like your stuff. I had a couple of requests. One kind of strange, and not positive it's something you'd do. I was wondering if you'd consider editing your Dune Part 1 and 2 into one whole movie? Like, cut out the credits from Part 1, have the music fade out, then jump right into the "Power over Spice is Power over all" of Part 2. Just one giant super cut. If that's not anything you want to do, I totally get it. It's a thought I've had for a while that I think would be pretty cool (and I personally view them both as one whole movie, just split in half). The other request: The Fifth Element. I love that movie quite a bit, but every 4K torrent I've tried has been kind of... disappointing. The picture just doesn't really look good on any of them, or there's excessive film grain for some reason. Oh, and the special edition of T2 would be really cool. I highly prefer the version with the road ending, while keeping all the deleted scenes. Anyway, thanks for being so quick on the draw with this one. Nice stuff! |

| I will do it for y'all once the Blu-ray is released. :) As far as the tool, I have Davinci Resolve Studio which should be perfectly sufficient. I'm getting pretty familiar with it. As for getting rid of the useless bars to save space, the only way I see that working is by making the resolution 3840x1600, not 2160. |

| If all you want is to combine 2 video files & cut a segment out, why not just do it yourself? Remuxing is easy & fast with free tools. It doesn't require much CPU power either, it's not really doing any video processing. The only special knowledge needed is what timestamp you to start the cut, & that's easy to find. |

| About black bars, it isn't all those black pixels that makes encoding/decoding processes more intensive w/ a larger file size. Somewhat codec dependent as to the degree, the work is drawing the hard line between the content & the pillar/window/letterbox edges. And, yeah, you just crop the image to cut the bars off. |

| Nice, didn't know these types of encodes were being done! I have an LG CX OLED and the 24fps has left me in a bit of a rough spot as I just can't deal with the stutter on panning. It truly makes me feel a bit nauseous and I end up messing with the interpolation smooth motion throughout the film, which just sucks with either too much artifacts at anything above 5/10 and then too much stutter under. I feel like I'm constantly playing a balancing act and it has unfortunately just put me off. I really hope this can solve my instant response time issue with OLED technology, coming from an LCD where that used to not be an issue in films and artifacts (Panasonic DX800) at max smoothness.
Anyways, I just have one question though, should I use the TV's smooth motion with this or turn it off? Will it just double the 60fps to 120 (native) if I do use it?
