 | You need about $250,000 for a proper upscaler; at least that is what the one in the last TV studio I worked cost  and even then it was   Anyway, you can't magic something that ain't there in the first place, upscaling is for voodoo, alchemists and witch doctors  |

 | Thanks TGx for another blast from the past! :) @Jaxe - agreed - I can't believe they remake the old movies with many or even some of the old stars in them? I'm trying to think of one that actually came out that was better? Then again, many were watched as a youngster anyway, and was more into the "genre" then, now, it's like the "taste buds" have changed" ..Lol. Not to say I don't like a good horror movie, but when you've seen all the types from before, they just make ya' laugh instead of "jump outta your seat" :) Well, enjoy the movie, especially if it came out good like the first one, eat tons of popcorn but don't spill! :) The Torrent is a A/V=10/10...even the CAM's..5 stars! Old Movie = 7.0-7.5 M=If they tried to replicate it...same range...7.0-7.5 if not would be lower! Must be trying with some of the same actors in it! :) That's good...but what was wrong with the 1990's version, is it that much of a generation gap? ...wow, feel old now! Lol |
