Delia Rossi, una ragazza, che vive come dozzinante in una casa, dove c'è una pazza, viene scambiata con questa e condotta nella clinica psichiatrica "Villa Felicità". Qui viene visitata da un tale, ch'ella prende per un medico. Costui dichiara che Delia non è pazza: non si tratta però di un medico, ma di un ricco paziente, al quale il direttore, prof. Ruiz permette di spacciarsi per medico.
Delia Rossi, a girl, who lives like a dozens in a house, where there is a madwoman, is exchanged with this and conducted in the psychiatric clinic "Villa Felicità". Here she is visited by someone, whom she takes for a doctor. He declares that Delia is not crazy: but it is not a doctor, but a rich patient, to whom the director, prof. Ruiz allows you to pretend to be a doctor.
