To triumph in this task, the judges will be expecting just the right blend of coffee-soaked sponge, cream and sweet mascarpone – all layered to perfection.The four will then get a chance to size up the competition as they deliver their signature menu. One main course and one dessert that fully showcase their talents. Taking a risk might just pay off for the professionals, or it could signal their downfall. There's only one way to find out.It's then time for the verdict. Which chefs have shown themselves in the best light and are deserving of a place in the last quarter-final?
