"Cry of the Werewolf" star Nina Consuelo Maud Fock/Nina Foch was a B Movie actress in the 1940s (starting as one of Bela Lugosi's victims in "Return of the Vampire," 1943), and a character actor in the 1950s-60s (see her in "An American in Paris" opposite Gene Kelly in 1951, and as Colombo's very first murder victim in the show's pilot, 1968). She was nominated for an Oscar in 1954 for her role as the loyal secretary in "Executive Suite" (1954) and became an accomplished actor in diverse roles in the 1970s-90s, including in an Emmy-nominated guest role in 1980 on "Lou Grant"). |
