"He is Viggo! You are like the buzzing of flies to him!" ~ Janosz Prosha, Ghostbusters II Viggo is regularly in excellent films, and this looks to be no different. He not only stars in it, he wrote and directed it as well. Quite impressive. The trailers for this film looked to be very intruiging and I'm looking forward to seeing it in its entirety. Thanks for the film, uploader! Excited! |
And he did the music as well, which complements this great movie. |
This movie wasn't bad. It was just slow, uninteresting and deadly boring. If you like boring movies about uninteresting characters, you will be delighted. |
Looks like a Proper Western to watch. Great Actors innit. Thanks TGX. |
A Western written and directed by King Aragaron?? I am all in!! Thanks! |
Well done movie by Viggo Mortensen. Vicky Krieps played the Vivienne character excellent. Highly recommended movie if you are into Western. |
Hey, I like Aragorn as much as the next movie fan, but this movie is so god damn slow. I saw it at the cinema and would not recommend it. The setting is nice, the costume, the music, but the plot moves at a snail's pace. Watch History of Violence or Eastern Promises again instead. |
Obligatory.. Did you know that Viggo Mortensen broke his toe while filming The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers? It’s true! During the scene where Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli discover the burned bodies of the Uruk-hai and believe Merry and Pippin to be dead, Aragorn kicks an Orc helmet in frustration. Mortensen, in a moment of intense method acting, kicked the helmet so hard that he actually broke two toes. The scream of agony he let out was so genuine that director Peter Jackson decided to use that take in the final cut of the film. Mortensen’s dedication to his role as Aragorn was legendary, and this incident has become one of the most talked-about moments in movie trivia. It's a testament to his commitment to bringing authenticity to his performance, making the scene all the more powerful for viewers. So next time you watch that scene, remember – that's not just acting, that's a real broken toe! |
"...this incident has become one of the most talked-about moments in movie trivia." Exactly! TRIVIA! Get outside & touch some grass - I swear it'll do you a world of good! LOL! |
This movie was literal trash...he throws a knife into the neck of the guy who raped his wife....and thats literally all the action in the movie. No in westerns you expect people to die for raping his wife. but nope just a knife to the throat and he walks away...worst movie i've seen this year hands down, like others have said its boring as hell. |
Except it's not all the action in the movie, and people do die. Given he has a pig sticker in his throat, no ambulance for miles, raging syphilis and no antibiotics. He is a dead man. |
Check out the Decemberists song Yankee Bayonet about two star crossed lovers losing out on love because he goes to fight in the Civil War! |
I was excited at first but after reading, I don't think this is a sequel to The Dead Don't Die. |
