 | A-10 V-9 ... Thanks for the upload.  A truly disturbing look at a potential scenario facing the United States predicated on the result of installing a Nationalist authoritarian as president. The parallels to current political divides are striking. The U.S. Constitution 2nd Amendment (number of guns exceeds total population 2 to 1) has made it possible for countless heavily-armed individuals, gangs of thugs, former military personnel aligned with the authoritarian president, and rogue militias to be roaming the countryside rounding up and murdering anyone (those perceived as immigrants - Asian, Hispanic, etc., - people of color and anyone else who they decide isn't aligned with their vision of what 'Murica should be  ) whom they perceive as opposed to their beliefs. Civil war rages across the U.S. as a small group of journalists attempts to travel to Washington D.C. to interview the besieged president who's possibly on the verge of being removed from office by the U.S. military. What these journalists and camera crew witness as they make their way to D.C. is both sickening and alarming. Perhaps this film was made to serve as a wake-up call, or possibly a warning to Americans about how truly fragile democracy is, and how easy it could be to slip into Fascist authoritarianism; what the absence of the "rule of law" and absolute lawlessness looks like; to offer a look at how incredibly close the U.S. could be to having a historical repeat of Europe in the 1930s - 1940s, where those claiming "ours is a Christian movement" systematically exterminated more than 7-million Jews and millions of other ethic minorities whom they considered 'inferior.'  For all the 'down votes' and negative comments this review will likely get from angry members and 'guests', it will only serve to show why we're in this sad state of affairs around the world. It's always about grievances and who you choose to blame for them. Remember - this is just a movie review, and the parallels I think it draws. Period.  |

| Its more likely we wait in bread lines and starve to death because we've fully committed to communism like a lot of the leftists want. They are fully ignorant of history, and think no one has done communism correctly. That is a realistic danger unlike anything you'll see in this movie. Gun collectors aren't dangerous. |

 | great plot. bad execution. they should have concentrated more about the whole war than the goddamn journalists. everyone knows that war is bad. but why did this start? what are the factions? why did the president kill so many people and shit and how did he lose? how in the fuck does cali and texas have a large armada? just a movie about buncha journos trying to capture the "war is bad" concept which is so obvious. they should've pivoted the story to a single soldier getting his life torn by this war rather than this thing. All Quiet on the Western Front is a way better anti war film than this movie can ever even dream of. |

| I love how they think a civil war would be so tidy and neat. The lights were even left on in Washington so it was easier for everyone to see in the dark. I was looking forward to this but it was a pile of crap. The Trailer/s are better than the movie. |

I did not go into the movie expecting to cheer for one side or another, but a more realistic storyline to match the sober premise, as well as small things would make the movie much better. More focus on the underlying war, and not certain characters and their emotions would also help. |
