 | try Cyberlink power DVD. I have had no trouble with VLC or Cyberlink. I do not use windows media player so I don't know about it.....or you might try converting from MKV to MP4 |

| I converted it to MP4, but it only converts 10 minutes and 35 seconds. Then it stops. It stops there because the videos freezes there. I will try to get my hands on Cyberlink. Thanks. |
