Plot:

Description

The Lord of the Rings Fellowship of the Ring (2001), 2160p, -- DOLBY VISION and HDR10Plus in 60FPS !!! :D -- Ai Enhanced using the (Topaz Video AI 4.2.0) Nix Fast HQ denoise model from a high quality 2160p Blu-Ray rip as the source.
I then increased the framerate from the default 24fps, to 60fps via SVP 4 PRO + TensorRT RIFE 4.14 and converted/re-encoded that to HDR10 with Shutter Encoder (only adding HDR10 metadata with the bitrate unchanged from my default 30MB/s).
Then...I generated DoVi metadata and HDR10Plus metadata with Resolve Studio using the newly created 60fps HDR10 source file. From that point, I injected the DoVi metadata and HDR10Plus into this file you see here :)

It took 23 hours to enhance, then another 12 or so to convert to 60fps and DV/HDR10Plus.

This was not filmed in HFR, it is encoded with high-quality motion interpolation with Real-Time Intermediate Flow Estimation (RIFE). If you HATE motion interpolation for example, 60fps (smooth motion), then please do us all a favor and hit the back button, because this isn't for you....

If you LOVE smooth motion, then you are in for a treat! :D

What an incredible, sensational image! There are scenes where the image is so real that it is impressive. Chesley96, I can imagine the work you had to do to produce something of such quality. (And regarding the file's operation, it's working perfectly smoothly, with no crashing problems on my 40'' Samsung 4K Smart TV). Thank you for sharing with us.

The standard nyx model is a bit slower but produces better quality but other than that, this is a beautiful release and 60 FPS makes this release that much better. Thank you!!!

Thank you, I agree and only used nix fast due to processing time as the movie is nearly 4 hours long lol. I've just used the standard nix model on Tremors 1990 UHD ;) It will be uploaded tonight.

Thank you again sir!!!Amazing quality as usual!!!Playback from pc through my lg 75inch led is amazing(no judder etc).Playback through usb on the same television is slightly juddery and few flaws but the quality of the picture is off the scale (looks 3d like you could walk into the film)beyond amazing!!!So it looks like anyone moaning about jitter,flaws or fake fps wants to look at their hardware and software(because it looks like playback is very dependant on this)and stop moaning or trolling chesley96 and appreciate all the hard work he puts into these!!!Personally i would go for amazing quality with a few flaws rather than a standard 4k with no flaws.Its also a shame the companys that release 4k bluray dont put in the same sort of effort to make them look this good instead of churning out the noisy grainy crap they do!!!

Fantastic!! I watch movies on Sony Bravia 65", Zidoo Z1000pro media player, Denon AVC-X4700H amplifier and Klipsch 7.1 speakers. All of chesley's releases look superb!!! chesley, thank you very much for your efforts and good luck.

The latest potplayer(aka Daum) can't play it. VLC player shows that it has some kind of error. However, Microsoft version of VLC player can play it. What's going on?

I'd say there is something wrong with you VLC. I've not long verified this and it plays fine in VLC and MPC. Also looks great too.
The VLC from the MS Store has been altered in some way. I'd reboot and be sure to have the latest versions of any media players you have.

For what its worth there is a decent glitch at 1:45:38 thru 1:45:45. When the scene changes and pans down to reveal the elven city the frame rate drops really low. No sure its worth recoding to fix but just want to let you know.

There s decent glitch and stutter of the video at time stamp 1:45:39. Cuts to a new scene and the panning down is glitched out. That was the only thing i noticed so not sure if its worth doing a PROPER.

I would also like to say its a shame you havent got several machines on the go because id love to see loads of the oldies like the wanderers,first blood(stallone films)commando(arnie films)spawn and the crow etc...
