zuluDROOG Surpriser me no one say thanks, 4 the torrents , but they bitch and whine about it , Well l remove the grain from all my encodes , thats how l like it , might add , looks Fantastic on my Samsung 4K TV , Well everyone 2 there own opinion , l guess, Dont like it move on ... |
You're right--it was rude of me not to thank you. I can see that you put a lot of work into your encodes and your efforts are truly enormous. AI remastering has a future. But I just don't think it works here (or you need to back off a little in the settings). Did you watch the whole movie after you encoded? |
Don't be surprised when no-one says thanks. Just be prepared when someone offers you constructive criticism--which may go a LONG way to explaining why no-one says thanks. Don't get all offended and walk off in a huff without learning something. I cared enough to comment. I could just do what everyone else is doing... |
Can I Ask what program you use?? I upscale myself myself just curious?? |
If you want your old analog movies to be cleaned up by AI and all of the actors looking like Barbie and Ken dolls, then this is for you. If your release is AI enhanced then you need to say that. Everyone in this release looks like they've been churned out of https://newprofilepic.com/ and animated by robots. I get it... some people may like this. Good on them. Some people also prefer sex dolls over real people. But it's definitely not worth a hefty 5GB of my HDD space and bandwidth. And no, I'm not one of those latte sipping sooks who still prefers to listen to vinyl over digital. AI enhancement has it's place. Just look at the AI enhanced "Forbidden Planet" available from here. It's spectacular. It's a work of art. Why? Because it's tempered nicely, not overdone, subtle. This... this is Barbie's dreamhouse with homicidal robots. |
