Description

Kill Bill Volume 2 (2004), Ai-upscaled to UHD 2160p from the best quality (24fps) 1080p Blu-ray source I could find, then increased framerate to 60FPS via SVP 4 Pro TensorRT RIFE 4.14 v2.

Muxed in a DTS-HD MA 5.1 track. My tv doesn't play nice via E-ARC with the multichannel FLAC (or PCM) track that's included.

Sample Included!

Audio is in English, Multi PGS subtitles included. Enjoy!

This film is encoded with high-quality motion interpolation with Real-Time Intermediate Flow Estimation (RIFE). If you HATE motion interpolation or HFR for example, 60fps (smooth motion), then please do us all a favor and hit the back button, because this isn't for you. ;)

If you LOVE smooth motion, then you are in for a treat! :D

Immerse. Experience. Electrify. Discover Hyperreality, with HFR.

Forget the blurry edges of standard frame rates. Imagine a world where action explodes off the screen with crystalline clarity, where emotions flicker across faces with breathtaking detail, where every punch, every pirouette, every bullet whizzes by in hyper-vivid reality. This is the future of cinema, unveiled by High Frame Rate (HFR).

HFR shatters the 24fps glass ceiling, unleashing a torrent of 60 or 120 frames per second, etc. That redefines cinematic immersion. No more motion blur shrouding epic battles, no more missed nuances in delicate performances. Experience a world where reality blurs with fiction, where you're no longer watching a movie, you're living it.

HFR isn't just about speed. It's about precision. It's about capturing the raw beauty and brutality of movement with unmatched fidelity. Witness the intricate choreography of a fight scene, the heart-stopping plunge of a freefall, the tear glistening on a cheek – all with a depth and sharpness that leaves traditional film breathless.

Hollywood is on the cusp of a revolution. Directors like Ang Lee and James Cameron are pioneers, pushing the boundaries of storytelling with HFR's hyper-real lens. From action blockbusters to intimate dramas, this new technology unlocks a universe of possibilities.

Embrace the future. Step into the hyperreality. Demand HFR. Because tomorrow's cinema isn't just watched, it's experienced.

Don't just see the story. Feel it. Breathe it. Live it. HFR

avatarBecause it is not real 60 frames and taken from 24 it suffers with artifacting issues making scene transitions look bad. You would be far better leaving it at 24. High frame rate only works correct when it is filmed and released that way, You cannot take 24 frame files and turn them into 60 without issues, even with modern AI it is impossible.

avatarDont bother with this guy he thinks he's a pioneer and he clearly has no idea what he's actually doing. We are torrent pirates and this kind of thing doesnt hurt anybody except artistic vision and original aesthetic. Personally i dont get it either, it seems like a waste of time. But hey... to each his own.

avatarYou are preaching to the choir. I've made it clear in the description. If you are against motion interpolation than this is not for you. How much more simply can I put it? The latest RIFE is the best interpolation there is that I know of. It's why I'm sharing with those that enjoy HFR. ;)

avatarive got nothing against 60fps, but he is talking truth the artifacts are bad when things move quickly, its like the image tears apart in pieces then joins back up, it does it really quickly and if you have a top tv like me it stick out like a sore thumb, please consider releasing both versions 24p and 60p thanks m8

avatarI've got a good TV as well and can also see the artifacts on certain patterns. And tears on close-up fast moving scenes. I've never denied that. Am I happy about it> No. Do I still prefer it to 24fps> Yes. I believe many others feel the same way, otherwise they wouldn't be downloading. Superior to Tv's interpolation.

avatarThis may come as a shock Chezza but Hisense is not a good TV & clicking a few buttons in software AI on a 24fps video & waiting 6 hours for it to transcode to 60fps does not make it High Frame Rate. Even bigger of a shock to you may also be that doing so does not make you a 'Pioneer' you're far from the 1st to do it...

avatarThis version sucks in comparison to the original 1080p. You see where the AI added frames. Colours are also off,the movie grain is just gone.

avatarWatching on high end OLED screen using high end player with all filters and or motion scaling turned off and I can confirm artifacting is present and it is hard to not notice and spoils the film. It's not HFR so why you keep telling everyone it is well that is beyond me. I would love to see a proper release at 24 though with DoVi. Thanks for the upload efforts you make though and I hope you don't take offence.

avatarOLED is awful for motion. The pixels have an instant response rate. You need a slight delay to make transitions and images appear smoother without artifacts or stuttering. I have an OLED, Sony 9 series LCD, Hisense Dual Cell. Artifacting from these 60FPS is almost nothing on my LCDs.

avatarI'm sorry to hear you are having issues viewing via Plex. I use Plex as well. I've just tested this video via Plex on my Hisense U8G Android Tv using both DTS and FLAC and it plays perfect. Is Plex having to transcode, causing buffering? Do you have HDMI Passthrough enabled in plex settings? Hope that helps.

avatar@chesley96 I bought a 4K Roku tv for $400 last week. LED. I'm a Plex user. This movie played great all the way. It looked like I was looking out an open window on a clear day. Didn't see any artifacts of any kind. Had no buffering of any kind. I also played it in Plex on my Google tv on the same tv. Same result. :_:D

avatarHey @chesley96 : Thanks for the reply. My setup is LG OLED C2 with Apple TV 4K (No Sound Bar) and connected to Plex server via local direct play. I noticed if I select the audio 7.1 I see the audio transcoding but when I select 5.1 audio then no transcoding. Not sure where to check the HDMI passthrough.

avatarHello nightwing90! No problem, I hope I can help. Nice TV btw, I love LG OLED's! I've never personally used an Apple TV. I read Plex works best on the 4th gen Apple TV, but with some effort it will work well on 3rd gen. May try ethernet instead of WiFi, if you are not already. Does the video still freeze with 5.1?

avatarHey @chesley96 Unfortunately NO. Apple TV 4K 2022  connected wired under 1.5gbps same as Plex Server. I think my Plex server hardware is more than enough (8th Gen i7 octa core, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD but no video card). Not sure if the lack of GPU causing the stuttering/freezing even if on 5.1 audio.

avatarHello nightwing90, I wish I could better help you. I've only run a plex server from a system with a GPU so I couldn't tell you if that's your issue. In the meantime, I will do some more research and see if there any advice I can give :)

avatarMy model is a flagship model from 2021, not entry level. You are wrong. And it's a fantastic TV. Look it up. Excellent picture and native 120hz panel with VRR. Don't knock it. I got this TV to replace an older LG flagship OLED and it doesn't disappoint in comparison. :) Hisense U8G 55 inch.

avatarThanks! There isn't a release date set for 4k80 as far as I know. From what I've read is it's still in progress.

avatar"Superior to Tv's interpolation" ...is it 2014 ? Modern TV's use Auto Frame Rate so watching a 24 frames film as it should be works fine on modern TV's. The films are shot and released in 24 frames. Interpolation is an issue of the past or for people with old screens.

avatarHey @Chesley96 why are you not giving thanks to BLKFLX who was the source of the original Kill Bill 1 and 2 4K UpsUHD Remasters that you used to convert from 24 to 60 for these releases? All you have done is take BLKFLX's hard work and transcoded the REMUX to 60fps with AI and made it smaller. Your description has a full page going on about HFR and you give zero thanks to BLKFLX for the source.

avatarI didn't use a 4k remaster. I upscaled them both myself from 1080p. You don't know what you are talking about, sorry. Never even heard of BLKFLX. I used, for both releases, FraMeSToR's Bluray uploads of Kill Bill 1 and 2. ;) Thank you FraMeSToR, for your work on these. There, you happy guest-1060? :_facepalm
