Last Survivors takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where Troy raises his now grown son, Jake, in a perfect wooded utopia thousands of miles away from the decayed cities. When Troy is severely wounded, Jake is forced to travel to the outside world to find life-saving medicine. Ordered to kill anyone he encounters, Jake defies his father by engaging in a forbidden relationship with a mysterious woman, Henrietta. As Jake continues this dangerous affair, Troy will stop at nothing to get rid of Henrietta and protect the perfect utopia he created.

La Pantera Rosa è un prezioso diamante rubato del primo film e, per antonomasia, identifica l'intera serie di film diretti quasi sempre da Blake Edwards e interpretati da Peter Sellers nel ruolo dell'ispettore Clouseau.
Il primo film della serie aveva come titoli di testa una sequenza animata creata da DePatie-Freleng in cui compare per la prima volta il personaggio della Pantera Rosa, con il brano jazz Pink Panther Theme di Henry Mancini come colonna sonora.
La serie originale diretta da Blake Edwards e in cinque l'ispettore Clouseau è interpretato da Peter Sellers (il terzo film, apocrifo, diretto da Bud Yorkin, è interpretato da Alan Arkin), il quale aveva iniziato a girare anche il settimo film ma morì dopo aver girato poche scene e il film fu finito montando spezzoni dei precedenti capitoli. La serie venne continuata con il ritorno di altri personaggi del primo film del 1963.
The Pink Panther is a precious stolen diamond from the first film and, par excellence, identifies the entire series of films almost always directed by Blake Edwards and starring Peter Sellers in the role of Inspector Clouseau.
The first film in the series had as its opening credits an animated sequence created by DePatie-Freleng in which the character of the Pink Panther appears for the first time, with the jazz song Pink Panther Theme by Henry Mancini as the soundtrack.
The original series is made up of nine films, eight of which were directed by Blake Edwards and in five Inspector Clouseau is played by Peter Sellers (the third film, apocryphal, directed by Bud Yorkin, is played by Alan Arkin), who had also started shooting the seventh film but died after shooting a few scenes and the film was finished by editing clips from the previous chapters. The series was continued with the return of other characters from the first 1963 film.
