This is quite possibly the worst english dub of a movie I've ever heard. |
very close! you must mean worst movie ever made. I know i do |
RUSSIAN movie (DUH! given the director and actor's names) dubbed into English, so the audio IN NO WAY matches the mouth movements. It would have been better if they'd included the ORIGINAL audio track and English subtitles, so the audio mismatch wasn't so jarring. |
I agree. Galaxy upload some really great stuff, and I love these 265 encodes. But, they do only ever seem to upload dubbed non-English movies, which I personally dont like. I would prefer to have the original soundtrack + subs. Also, it would be nice if the torrent name said "DUBBED" so I know to avoid it |
saw this before it was here. user reviews said about the dubbing so i found russian version, not watched yet. but i'm posting to say, it would have been, or still would be, cool to get an extra russian style voice over track, if you know what i mean. just for fun. russian track plus russian with english mvo/dvo/svo |
a bit more.. i'm with you on the topic of dubbing. last i remember seeing that way was late 90s, small amount kung fu on tv or friends' videos. i've noticed from comments some people seem only to use TGx. should though be one of a few sources to use. tip in case that applies to you n |
Those WHINING about the dubbing are truly DELUSIONAL. I just moused through it and checked about a dozen spots and it's perfectly FINE. |
found that i don't like things dubbed ever, excepting toons and humorous things, like the kf. last time i checked was with Lidia Poët, ugh, then back to just blanket going for original audio always. i think i was thinking same as you though, that av alignment should really not be expected at all; make it charming |
People just love to hate Russia for no reason right now. The way I see it, Russia didn't just kill 12,000 children in 100 days. People tricked into loving the Devil and hating the good guys. |
You are right. The Russian government has been killing children since at least the era of Stalin. Even in the 80's and 90's Spetsnaz and the GRU were butchering children. It just didn't receive much media coverage until the age of the internet. Even then it took time for people to get the picture. |
In the 80's and 90's at least, members of Spetsnaz and the GRU at least were carrying out unauthorised operations and killing people, at times, against the governments orders. Now they are murdering with the government's complete sanction. Many of the people themselves disagree, but are suppressed violently. |
Rural people in Russia have the strongest support for civil and human rights, as they often receive the harshest treatment, and very little, if any support from the government. Putin has a deep distaste of rural people. He wrongly thinks agriculture is easy and farmers are lazy alcoholics. ...His farther was a bum. |
That person WHINING about people whining is truly DELUSIONAL, and obviously doesnt realise the people complaining about dubbing are doing so because they like to hear the ORIGINAL VOICES of the actors and actresses, with subtitles, not some voice over, irrespective of how FINE they are |
Should not really watch this, but a little curious. Red ghost was good. Politically I stay neutral, countries tend to fight like school kids. UK to USA your not going to let them get away with that, I thought you were tougth blah blah blah. |
The only dubbed live-action stuff I've ever actually ENJOYED was the 1978 TV series MONKEY . For all movies, and even most Anime, I prefer original language and English subs. There ARE some exceptions, like the various Mobile Suit Gundam series, the 2006 Witchblade series, and the two anime Guyver series, etc, but for most other JapAnime like "Ghost In The Shell" or "Final Fantasy" I prefer Original+Subs (Luckily most JapAnime titles come with dual audio AND subs, so at least you have a CHOICE .) |
hi. i'm the one who mentioned dubbed kf earlier; i'm born mid 78 and saw Monkey on tv (beeb) maybe 10 years later. as appealing and delightful as it potentially was, never much liked the dubbing. really, whole endeavour just felt like an attitude of stealing and using foreign product. sorry to be a downer |
i wrote product but had changed that from culture, which is what i felt and meant, and i see that would have been correct to keep, as it is a co jap, brit production, (repeating myself:) just making use of JttW, which had travelled respectfully from india to china |
