Notes:
Video: Went with USA as it offered the best detail with the film's OAR of 1.85:1 (GER is open matte and brighter). Sped up from 23.976 to 24 fps to match audio.

Audio: All audio taken from GER. GER offered the only 6.1 track, which is closest to its theatrical release mix. It is also the only one with the isolated score track.
Commentary: I retained the commentary from this disc as it was already in sync with the main audio and wouldn't need to be retimed. I considered taking it from the FRA disc as it had the highest bitrate, but the disc was quite damaged and made it nigh impossible to extract anything but the subtitles.
Subs: Pulled from all available sources and synchronised. Thanks to vevv for the WEB sources.
Chapters: Taken from the NTSC DVD and retimed to land on I-frames
