![]() | Never watched these before (except that Lego movie in 2014). It was kind of a fun little movie. |
![]() | Looks like the animation has their body and legs squishing and flexing as they move. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having a world made out of legos? Its one thing to have the painted expressions of their face and mouth move as they talk to give them personality, but giving them full squishability like they are made of rubber is dumb looking. What a stupid decision. Legos are plastic not rubber. |

![]() | Have you not played a single LEGO game since, like, the original LEGO Star Wars from 2005? Watched any previous LEGO movie or animated short? THe minifigs bend and squish to get knee/elbow and torso movement, yes. They also dance and talk, none of which the actual toys can do. |
![]() | Guest-1540 lego movie, lego batman, lego ninjago, lego movie 2, all had solid arms legs torso, only moved at 4 joints. Not even elbows moved. Im not trying to nitpick, it just doesn't look right. They may as well make a regular non-lego cartoon. |
![]() | The CG cartoon lego movies and shows will have the bending and squishing. It's never been something I've been a fan of, but it is what it is. The Lego movie, Movie2, Batman, and Ninjago movies that use actual lego pieces, or at least, CG equivalent, run with the limitation of actual pieces, with dislocating of arms/leg |
![]() | Thanks goes to the uploader, but I think I'd be taking a flamethrower to the Legos. ![]() |
