Watched it. The one constant with the VHS series is, “What’s bad, can always gets worse", and it does. A water skiing event turns into a nightmare of bloody gun violence. The next few segments include an earthquake trapping people with an underground angry Aztec God, a performance artist trapped in a virtual world against a digital God, and dream sequences foreshadowing murders. The movie’s primary segment involves an alien being held at a research facility. The movie has overlapping connections between segments and there is some overwrought humor especially in the final 30 seconds of the film. Of all the entries into the VHS franchise this one stands out, it closely resembles the first 2 productions in the series. |
OMG YES, thank you for the UP!!!!! I love this movie series with a passion. |
Thank you. Best installment in a long time. Reminded me why I love horror anthology flicks in the first place and also reminded me that found footage is still effective when done correctly. I love Halloween Horror month at my house... Keep em comin' . Be well and blessed. |
They made one a year, for a few years, skipped nearly a decade and did it again. The good bits of these movies are spread a little too thin, but I'm already in this deep, what's another couple hours? If I can't get through this one, I'll definitely get back on the internet to complain! |
I cant wait to check this out,Ive quite enjoyed the other ones in the series |
I have been looking for this movie for a few months now thank you for the upload!! |
Always loved the VHS series, the first one was amazing, second was quite good, Viral was touch and go but still watchable.. This, this is shite. |
Surprisingly, after the previous disasters, this one is pretty darn good. |
Just wanted to say: Thanks for posting this UNCROPPED. I downloaded it from a different source, and only learned too late that it was cropped, while the movie cycles through different aspect ratios. When will encoders learn not to alter the raw source? |
Is the whole movie shot in VHS quality? Not in these days of 4k movies. Don't want to relive the 80s and 90s of watching vhs rented movies on 20" CRT tvs. LOL |
You mean "does the entire movie have TV Scanline, static, & VHS artifact preset filter effects?" Then, yes, my friend. If it's 80's themed then you can safely bet that where we're going, we don't need roads. |
funny that you managed to reference 2015. (Oct 21, it's the same time of year again) |
