@indian007ist - For **some** old remastered movies, well, I agree with you. Many of times when these publishing houses (inexperienced engineers) utilize Ai enhancements/dithering algorithm tools, ect., It forces A LOT of extra fat to their so-called UHD remasters, again, for some oldies but goodies films... e g. Serpico (1973) has a ridiculous ~80-90GiB file size. But unmatched old films with very high special effects, ect. e g. The Exorcist (1973), everyone deserves to have that G.O.A.T. film *untouched* in the best quality possible, IMO. |

May I ask why compressed video? The disc has a video bit rate of 75.9 mb/s |
Sometimes compressed video is better because of space problem. These kind of old movies should be in small size only. |
