Storyline:  Storyline

Chloe is a New York party girl with the morals of a pirate. She causes trouble for her naive small town roommate, June, and Chloe's best friend, James Van Der
Beek.

1x01 Pilot - Celebrity actor James Van Der Beek's bitchy friend Chloe rents a room in her New York building to naive, ambitious country girl June Colburn. As usual, Chloe expects to cheat and pester the tenant to leave without her deposit. To James's amusement and winning Chloe's respect, June puts up a surprisingly good fight. Reward and revenge come rolled into one, in all senses naked proof that June's fiancé Steven is a serial cheater.

1x02 Daddy's Girl - Studly biker Scott is too attractive for June to turn down the blind date Chloe pushes her to, which even leads to great sex. Her reluctance to go on when she finds out Scott is Chloe's estranged father graduates to indignant shock when her mother arrives, in a wheelchair, desperate to patch up her broken marriage. Nosy neighbor Eli analyzes the psychological minefield.

1x03 Parent Trap - James Van Der Beek accepted a part without reading the script just so he could work with child star Kiernan Shipka, but it's a body swap and learning to be a pre-teen girl in his studly body proves extremely hard. he does however learn to appreciate fan adoration again. Chloe makes most of her yearly income during the annual half week UN general assembly opening. Yet she finds that too exhausting and wants an assistant like James's. To avoiding paying one, she takes a foster daughter, Molly, and tricks unsuspecting June to sign up as Lesbian co-guardian. Naively ...

1x04 The Wedding - Chloe gives June a much-needed lesson in self-confidence, which backfires when her protege steals the spotlight from her, going night-clubbing with James in her place. A showdown at a swanky wedding.

1x05 Making Rent - James cheerfully profits from his popularity by launching his own, butt-flattering jeans line, even though it's hell on his literally crushed manhood. His manager Luther refuses further credit as long as Chloe hasn't read his script, and rent is due. Just when June despairs, praise for her home made jam inspires selling a batch of it. Chloe helps her, but actually sells Eli secret camera footage for a fetish website, without factoring in that only pays off after 50 days and his day job is food inspector. June finds out, but Chloe sees no reason to apologetic, on the ...

1x06 It's Just Sex - James is initially shocked when he learns a sex tape of him and Chloe is being released on video. After consulting media experts, he only worries about the unflattering amateur production and plans to discretely remake it professionally, but Chloe develops a most atypical 'conscientious' objection. An assertiveness push from Chloe gets June to seek distraction from her ex's wedding in a one night stand. Charles, the heavenly hot coffee-shop customer she fancies, turns out to share enough interests to agree, but even less resilient emotionally when it's time to break ...

1x07 Shitagi Nashi - James stresses over the prestigious largest dressing room when casted alongside Dean Cain, so his assistant Luther's job may be on the line. June is barred from Chloe's nightlife circle because she can't drink on doctor's orders. Brooding at home, she discovers Chloe cares enormously for a cartoon based on her and hopes this provides on angle to get back in the loop.

2x01 A Reunion - After June uses a power point presentation to persuade James to attend a Dawson's Creek reunion show, she finds out that every year Chloe fakes the letters to boost his ego.

2x02 Love and Monsters - Chloe tells June about her annual Halloween schemes, and June obsesses over putting a stop to it. Chloe gets a taste of her own medicine, while Mark tries to help James overcome his fear of Halloween.

2x03 Sexy People - June becomes infatuated with James and is encouraged to have sex with him after Chloe pretends to be the editor for People Magazine, and puts James on the front cover.

2x04 It's a Miracle - June can't afford to fly home for Thanksgiving, so Chloe persuades her to come to her parents' house, but June begins to feel uncomfortable and awkward due to her past encounter with Chloe's dad and when Chloe gets June to pretend to be wheelchair bound. Meanwhile, James volunteers at a celebrity soup kitchen in order to get publicity and is unpleasantly surprised when he and Luther actually work.

2x05 Whatever It Takes - Chloe teaches June to "network", but when Chloe lands herself a hot young broker whose father is a Wall Street mogul, she also lands June a dream job offer. However, when Chloe's beer goggles affect her perception of his appearance, June tries to keep Chloe drunk to keep her job. Meanwhile, James turns to June's mom for advice as his worst nightmare comes true when he is paired with the worst pro-dancer for Dancing with the Stars.

2x06 Bar Lies - James brings June's mom along for support for the season premiere of Dancing with the Stars. Chloe takes advantage of James's empty penthouse for one of her scams.

2x07 A Weekend in the Hamptons - Chloe takes a dejected James and an anxious June on a trip to the Hamptons, along with Robin and Luther, and tries crash the party of the year and hook up with the elusive host. However all does not go to plan.

2x08 Paris - June is nervous and excited about starting her new job. Things go surprisingly well, and she even meets an incredibly nice co-worker, Fox Paris. Chloe warns June, though, that she shouldn't be so trusting and that Fox is probably just keeping her enemies close. Meanwhile, Mark looks to James for help in expressing his newfound feelings for June.

2x09 The Scarlet Neighbor - June and Chloe attend their first tenants' meeting after a new family moves in the building, but they make a scandalous scene and June quickly realizes that she needs to clean up Chloe's act so that they're not branded the floozies of the building. However things backfire when Chloe decides to set her sights on Mark, which is then further complicated by James' attempt to sabotage June's virtuous efforts to get his wing-woman back.

2x10 Mean Girls - Who will win in a battle between the 'B' and a group of mean girls?

2x11 Dating Games - There are a lot of games when it comes to dating, but for James it's literally a game.

2x12 The Leak - Chloe is not happy when James is focused on "Dancing with the Stars" training and not her -- but just how far will she go to sabotage it?

2x13 Monday June - June is drugged - by Chloe - and desperately tries to piece together what transpired during an entire day she lost.

2x14 Teddy Trouble - June is startled when a man she has never seen before jumps out of a door in the apartment that she has never seen before.

2x15 The D - June receives her 1 year roommate evaluation from Chloe, in which she is shocked to find that she has been given a D. She eventually realizes that the only aspect in her life that she could possibly be slacking off in is her love life.

2x16 The Seven Year Bitch - James invites Chloe and June out to dinner to meet the girl he has been dating, Emily.

2x17 Using People - June discovers that Chloe has been attending Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings, to share her crazy partying stories as well as take free booze from the alcoholics.

2x18 Ocupado - Chloe tells June that Benjamin is going to be in town to shoot a commercial with James. She is excited and has even moved him up to #1 in her guy rotation.

2x19 The Original Bitch - Chloe hires a private investigator to track down the original bitch in Apt 23, Trish, who Chloe has been seeking revenge on since she stole her dream of becoming a dancer on a popular dance show years ago.
