This is the story of Bill and his wife Jo - who had Alzheimer’s - as they fought against the system for help and support. We follow them on their dementia journey and Bill's promise to campaign for better understanding, in his wife's name. In England, charities are calling on the government to prioritise dementia care, after the announcement of a new strategy to focus on a range of illnesses. They highlight a worsening crisis in dementia diagnosis and care.
