Just to step on everyone´s opinions: I Loved this movie. It is just a sweet story. People today compare reality with fantasy. I don´t get it. Movies and books are made to entertain. To give us an escape from reality. Writers use creative writing. I for one, am very grateful for the imaginative creation of movies and books. And yes, I like Hallmark. No, not everything they make is worth my time - but then again - I feel the same way about the big cinema movies. |
"Beth unwittingly becomes the subject of an award-winning magazine’s cover and goes on a quest to uncover the true identity of the mystery photographer who snapped her photo" so she can sue his ass off for publishing her photo without a signed release! |
so you know if your in public and someone takes your picture and publishes it theres nothing you can do as your in a public place ... |
What if someone sticks a camera in your face and snaps a pic Or even follows you down the sidewalk snapping away Where is the demarcation line between public space/personal space |
When your famous there isnt one if your in the way and they get you also to bad your in public, maybe you understand why they hate cameras so much its never ending for them ... |
Thanks for voting down my very pertinent comment, Guest, who hides behind his moniker of "Guest." That wasn't very nice now, was it? You . |
So everyone has to like your posts? No one is allowed to disagree with you? |
Hallmark Channel movie. Courts have ruled you have no reasonable expectation of privacy while in public and anyone can take your photo or video. You go to the mall, Walmart stores, grocery supermarket, Target stores, restaurants, they all have video and still cameras. Many cities in Europe, USA, Asia have cameras on utility poles, buildings, traffic intersection, that are constantly taking videos and photos. Do you sue them for taking your video and photos? NOPE! |
However, it's a different story when that picture or video gets published for commercial purposes as is the case in this movie. Stick to what you know, please. |
