Best of Rockers 'n' Ballads is a compilation album by the German hard rock band Scorpions, released in 1989. All songs on this album are from their tenure with Mercury Records, from 1979 to 1988, in addition to rare or never-before released material.

I think this is the only CD that I have ever ripped with EAC where all the tracks were 100% quality, there is usually at least one track that says the quality is at 99.9%. Sonically it most likely doesn't make any difference because I cant tell a difference between 99.9% or 100% and I have a fairly resolving expensive stereo.
