Behind bars, set up some shady operation in Mexico... who knows |
They came to the conclusion that she didn't commit any crime, so they had to change both title and movie. |
Wuthering Heights is a brilliant, haunting novel but dear god is it depressing. Hardly surprising since The Brontës did not lead particularly happy lives. I think Emily was the darkest soul behind it all. If memory serves, their father was eventually the only family member left after they all died young. It must've been terrible, outliving your children. |
It also spawned Kate Bush's classic Wuthering Heights Heathcliff, it's me Kathy, I've come home now... |
@Guest-3603 Kate Bush captured the spirit of the book. Awesome artist. |
Since I really like the girl from "Sex Education" I might just give it a go *just stating the obvious* |
They brainstormed with the whole crew for 6 hours to come up with this incredible title. |
It was more like 5 hours 58 minutes to come up with 'Dickinson', 1 minute googling to find out that was taken, and 1 minute to shrug and settle on this. |
You're really having issues with a movie being named after the person the movie is about? Btw, Emily Dickinson was a totally different writer, so chances are really, REALLY slim they will have thought even 6 milliseconds on that title. |
On the sixth screenshot, you can see a half naked (top-less) statue. |
