The Predator è un film del 2018 diretto da Shane Black. Il tiratore scelto Quinn McKenna (Boyd Holbrook) si trova in Messico per partecipare ad una missione ad alto rischio. Proprio mentre l'uomo sta per abbattere il primo obiettivo, una piccola nave Predator si schianta in prossimità della zona. La situazione precipita quando il Predator si scaglia contro i suoi commilitoni, ferendo gravemente Sapir (Niall Matter) e Dupree (Mike Dopud). Prima che l'alieno possa attaccare McKenna, una squadra di militari inviati dal governo, capeggiata da Will Traeger (Sterling K. Brown), si abbatte sulla creatura. Mentre Quinn sottrae il casco e un copri braccio del mostro per spedirlo al figlio Rory (Jacob Tremblay), la biologa Casey Bracket (Olivia Munn) giunge sul posto per esaminare l'esemplare.
