Staff Sergeant Reginald Barnes (Tobias Truvillion), a decorated war hero, is dishonorably discharged after four tours of duty when a soldier under his command goes rogue. Disenfranchised by the very government he served with honor, Barnes is now alone to piece his life back together. But he finds his way back into society after being recruited by the charismatic and ambitious politician Dakota Ambrose (Zach McGowan) and his life is given new purpose.  | Thanks TGx for "Sanctioning Evil"!:) First the Torrent was excellent, so to the encoder(s), an A/V=10/10...5 stars as seen above!:) The movie was excellent!:) Wouldn't just call it an "action" movie though. It's first genre would be drama, and then Action in many parts of the movie...runs 2nd genre. The person that did the review on IMDB I didn't agree with per se, as he thought the movie started out slow..(?) and while the main plot does take a few minutes to develop, the story is all one in the same, & the main character they wanted to spend 10 minutes developing his character, which isn't long, as that part was a critical lead in to the main plot of the movie, and not long character development as the (movie was 1hr & 50 minutes!). It wasn't slow & the drama overall was very well done, & added perfectly to the plot and especially to the action sequences in every scene!:) The movie as a whole was well crafted, and I won't add any plot spoilers, but let's put it this way, some people like "justice" when it does add even more to "revenge" movies!:) This was one of them that had solid acting, a good story(plot), and kept moving until the very end!:) When the good side triumphs, & you feel triumphantly for the main actors in the plot, too, the acting was truly sood and so was the movie!:) So I rated "Sanctioning Evil" an M=7.0-7.5 for Drama/Action genre(s) combined. It was a really good movie & worth the time to watch it!:) |

| Producer? Do you know what a producer does and what that has to say about the movie? I doubt it. But should you mean director, you're way off: only 2 movies in pre-production and the rating for previous movies ranks even on IMDb from 3.9 to 8.2. Not all is what it seems. |

| Was going to hard pass on this  but will now check it out based on 1. ReadThis's review 2. An absence of other reviews (but still 4 over on IMBD  with just the one obligatory 10/10 'review'. 3. It is made by 'Vertical Entertainment' I hope this is sound reasoning  and I haven't made some terrible mistake    |
