Fred Neil was one of the most famous folk rockers to hit the Greenwich Village scene in the mid '60s. Mood-driven, slightly bluesy and melodic, his albums showcase his intensely personal and reflective compositions.
Tear Down The Walls was a duet recording with Vince Martin, the compositions are based more on (I will write in the author's words I can not adequately translate) "the coffee house troubador" traditions, closer to folk. Quite rare albums, there are on the tracker, but in mp3, which does not indicate the popularity of the artist. But, believe me, these records deserve attention.
