 | . I wanted to give them five stars but I just can't forget the night they stood me up in 1968/9 at a club about 30 miles from London. . It was midweek and I was spinning the disks and checking my watch. JA were due to make a personal appearance at 11:00pm and I was going to introduce them a say a few nice words. Eleven o'clock came and went then I got a message that they had stayed in London. Bastards! . The following week The Equals did have the decency to turn up and sign a lot of autographs and have a natter. Jolly nice chaps.  . |
