London, 2007. Tom Jackman is the only living descendent of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. He has made a deal with his dark side: a body share. What Mr. Hyde doesn't know is that Tom has a family. There is a wife and two children that he'll do anything to protect from his dark side. With all the resources of modern technology, and the best surveillance hardware, he's determined to keep his dark side in line. He's done a deal with his own devil. What neither of them knows is that an ancient organisation, with limitless wealth and power, is monitoring their every move, and a plan over a century in the making is coming to fruition.

This miniseries comes from writer Steven Moffat (before he took over as Doctor Who showrunner from Davies), and features an amazing performance from James Nesbitt. The entire cast is stellar, including Michelle Ryan (famous in the UK for EastEnders, and in the US for the unfortunate Bionic Woman reboot), Paterson Joseph (a wonderful actor scifi/fantasy fans may remember from "Neverwhere", though Americans will have to forgive his unfortunate attempt at a Southern accent here), and Denis Lawson (aka Star Wars favorite, Wedge Antilles).
Special mention should be given to Gina Bellman (known in the UK for Moffat's sitcom, "Coupling" and in the US for TNT's "Leverage") who truly shines as Mrs. Jackman (or Mrs. Hyde, as she very much wants her enemies to keep in mind).

This was ripped and encoded by streaming friend, wdm. Despite the standard definition resolution, it has a decent bitrate.

 | Apologies to everyone for disappearing shortly after uploading this torrent. Of course my computer would develop serious slowdown issues for no reason while I took a brief nap. I'm still working on getting it sorted, but the seeding is back up and bandwidth is fine (the slowdown is an entirely local problem on my end). |
