Tommy Egan ha lasciato New York chiudendo quel capitolo della sua vita dopo la morte di Ghost. Si trasferisce a Chicago per una breve visita e per chiudere una vecchia ferita, ma non riesce a cambiare vita e anche qui riprende a operare all'interno del crimine organizzato aspirando a diventare il più importante spacciatore della città.
