Problem with horror films is generally they have nothing to say artistically. What I mean is, all these young film makers make these low budget horror films - seems like literally 1000s per year - and it's clear they just want to be rich and famous and powerful film makers. Their drive isn't to create art with any meaning. As you get older it gets harder and harder to pretend the endlessly reused tropes of horror films are entertaining. Regardless, thanks as always to the uploader. |
Entirely subjective. You can't speak for all the young film makers out there. You have no idea what you are talking about. |
If we are really going to start correcting the poor use of language in comment posts, then we are all going to be here a very, very long time. Thanks to the uploader! Audio and video are fine and it downloaded at a fairly constant, if middling, sort of speed. No comment to make on the film--I'm no movie critic--but my girlfriend deleted it before the credits finished rolling. |
One should cherish every moment of gathering knowledge, whenever, wherever. |
The speed of the download is determined by how much seeders are willing to give you and has nothing to do with the torrent. Just so you know. |
Can we please use this forum for recommendations of the films people so generously take their time to share. The ridiculous banter is tiresome. |
"generously take their time to share" Yeah, that's one way of putting it. |
Here's a wild thought: if it's tiresome, don't read it. It's out there, I know, but give it a try; you might like not reading it. |
Maybe 1 of 1000 of these so called young, new up and coming writers directors might produce something new and original in the horror genre, probably why there are so many retakes, remakes, prequels and reboots of those old overdone tropes take for example the newest Texas Chainsaw Massacre or the new Scream movie. What about Rob Zombie a musician who brought something different to the table, he might of been one out of the 1000. Where did Eli Roth come from i've never seen any independent small budget beginner films from him or Jason Blum either...can't be an easy genre to break into |
It's "AN horrific turn" not "A horrific turn". Do they no longer teach English in school? |
Actually, they do, cause it's correct and you are wrong. "Horrific" starts with a consonant. You put the "n" after the article when the word after starts with a vowel. It's about euphony, actually ... |
I'm an Oxford educated ex pupil... Learn the English language before quoting it wrong.... |
There are elementary schools in Oxford, so "Oxford educated" doesn't really say all that much… |

A comes before a consonant an goes before vowels. Sorry but you are wrong and that's basic English. You don't need to go to Oxford to know you're wrong. |
i bet your American.... they always make up words that don't exist...so its not surprising you wouldn't know when to use " an " or "a"...... you should stick to drive by shootings and bombing the wrong people in wars..... |
@Guest-1454: You bet my American what? Lesson #1: Your is a word meaning possession of something. You're is a contraction of the words, you and are. GET IT RIGHT! Really a step down for Michael Shannon - its clear he was paid in the hopes of attracting more viewers to an otherwise crap film. |
Yeah that's not THE Michael Shannon, the actual great actor. |
