For the humble royal librarian, Azra, life went on as usual. She took care of books, dust and rewrote royal decrees, but everything changed one day when a terrible plague devastated her homeland. The disease killed people so quickly that the survivors did not have time to bury the corpses: instead, they were unceremoniously thrown into the Gap. The infected Asra was considered dead and left behind. Finding herself at the Crossroads, in a strange place between life and death, she discovered in herself an amazing ability - to bring other people into this twilight world. Now she has to get out of the Failure, find out where the plague came from and join the battle to save not only herself, but all the people of the kingdom.
Defender's Quest combines RPG and Tower Defense elements, and RPG elements complement the familiar defensive strategy mechanics. Hire troops and place them on the battlefield, picking the most suitable soldiers: berserkers, archers, healers, magicians and many others. Improve their skills, acquire items and develop the abilities of your fighters to make your army invincible.
