i don't remember exactly, but inside the game folder, there is a file with the extension .nfo or .ini (sorry, i don't remember well), open that file with notepad, find a line numbers with form like Ru or Russian, change them to En/Us and English

(It's also simple, you can do a google search, how to change the language with GOG games, since the uploaded file is taken from GOG)
