Encoder Note: 4K source was used, so hopefully there's a little
bit more detail. Also, encode is SDR because as cool as HDR
sounds, even every one of my players display HDR movies too
annoyingly dark on my pleb SDR monitor, so this should be a
little bit better.

at lower bitrates than h.264/265.
If you still can't get it to play, try using VLC and a mid
to high end Android/iDevice from 2016 or beyond. And even
Chrome can play it if you rename the .mkv to .webm!
