I've spent a lot of time downloading all of the Dr. Phil episodes one by one and so I figured I would combine them into a more easily digested pack for anyone who wants to have the whole show without searching. These are from a variety of different sources. The tags of those who originally ripped the files are still in the filenames as they were to begin with. The episode name is on the screen behind Dr. Phil at the beginning of most episodes. Where it says "Video Bitrate" in the NFO file is actually the Audio Bitrate.

avatarI'm at 99 myself on part 1, which is super weird, but only two episodes on there are missing like a few seconds or something I'm guessing so is it really worth a reup? And I'm on 100 on part 2.
