 | Ok i saw the cover and read a little of the plot and thought ok just another crappy/drop the gun or i will engage you...Then i saw Ryan phillippe was in it so i looked a little harder at it. The philly mob in the day was a violent bunch of gentlemen that allegedly would whack rats in broad daylight.
