Create a colorful cyberpunk photo effect in Photoshop inspired by the works of russian artist bondarts. Photoshop tutorials by Andrei Oprinca. Creating a cyberpunk ambient in Photoshop is not really difficult. We are going to use neon backgrounds and several lighting techniques using blend modes and brushing. Also, we are going to make simple hair masking and camera RAW to create final effects.
