on iOS here are three opus players worth considering:

searching app store look for FLAC player
as it most likely will also play opus


Neutron music player (paid)
local filesystem, FTP, WebDAV
most feature rich and advanced
(also on Android.  Not sure about other android ones)

Flacbox (in-app purchase with 30 day demo)
local filesystem, FTP, WebDAV, SMB, most cloud services
(its EverMusic Pro app can't play opus)

HighAmp (cheapest and has free app with small banner ads)
local filesystem, FTP, WebDAV
long press: any directory to shuffle
(its HighStereo app has a different theme but can't do WebDAV)

but can't play recursive directories
only play opus songs in a single directory at a time
you'd have to generate tons of .m3u playlists
